Hello and welcome to the First Staff Demotion and Elimination EVENT. <3

This is the Staff Elimination Event. Consists of 2 rounds.

The FIRST ROUND is the ballot vote.

- We will put up a poll for 1 month and you guys will vote who you want to be demoted from the Staff (Eliminated if it's a section moderator; although we don't have one yet ^^)
- The maniest votes are moved to the second round.
- Your proctor is Uzumaki Hitsuga. She will count the votes of all the members. ^^

The SECOND ROUND is the explanation round.

-You guys will discuss and tell why you want to pull the mod down. More of a debate round, actually. This is the part where you tell us who you wanna get demoted and defend for the Mod you like. ^^
-Your proctor is Franky.

Rules::

1. Be fair. If you don't have an explanation why you voted the Moderator to get demoted, why vote? You're just being a jackass. Vote if you have an explanation. Multiple choice is allowed but this rule still is applied. Vote cancelling is also allowed but Rule #1 is FUCKING APPLIED.

2. Don't gang on one Mod.

3. Don't spam.

4. Please have a reasonable explanation. We will not tolerate you voting a Mod to get eliminated for just one simple reason that you hate the mod. Why? Because that is considered unfair too.

5. Please avoid hurting the feelings of a mod.

NOTE:: If you get the maniest votes you are demoted IMMIDIATELY.
But if we see that we need to put you up again since your voters broke the voting rules, we will.

NOTE:: If you are an Admin and you are demoted, you are demoted to SMod or Akatsuki. If you are an Akatsuki, you are demoted to Kage. If you are a Kage, you are eliminated. Don't worry, we have a Staff Election coming soon. ^^
